More About Me

Though I would serve as your clinical supervisor, I also currently work as an outpatient therapist part time. One of my goals is to never be too far removed from clinical work with clients, as I believe providing therapy helps me to better serve you and allows me to fulfill my passion of helping others.  Previously, I’ve worked with various organizations in multiple roles including:

  • Outpatient Therapist
  • Case Manager
  • Crisis Worker
  • After School Therapeutic Day Treatment Clinician
  • Virginia Independent Clinical Assessment Program Assessor
  • Intensive In-Home Services Clinician
  • Mental Health Skill Building Clinician
  • Intake Assessor
  • Supervised Independent Living Program Clinician
  • Group Home Clinician
  • Residential Treatment Center Clinician

Providing you with supervision toward licensure means being able to draw from all of these opportunities I have had so that I can offer a comprehensive approach.

While I have worked with adults, kids and adolescents make up the majority of the population I have served. My main areas of practice include: Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Adjustment Disorders, Crisis/Trauma, Self-esteem, and Issues related to Family Systems.
